Volcom ASH STRETCH GORE-TEX BIB - 2027

The Volcom Ash Stretch GORE-TEX Bib is built for women who want serious weather protection without giving up comfort or movement. It's a legit GORE-TEX shell with a relaxed snowboard fit and stretch where you actually notice it when you're riding.

The recycled 2-layer GORE-TEX stretch construction keeps wind and snow out while the V-Science breathable lining and mesh-lined vents help manage heat when you're working harder. Since there's no built-in insulation, you can layer underneath depending on the day instead of being stuck with one level of warmth all season.

Volcom gives the Ash adjustable elastic suspenders, an easy-entry side zipper and a drop-seat zipper—which might not sound exciting until the first time you actually need it. YKK® AquaGuard® zippers and fully taped seams add even more weather protection.

You also get RECCO® rescue technology, boot gaiters with lace hooks, a reinforced back hem, handwarmer pockets, leg pockets and a chest pocket.

Buzz's Take: A good bib should keep you dry, move with you and stay out of the way while you're riding. That's exactly where the Ash shines. The stretch GORE-TEX feels way better than a stiff shell, and being uninsulated means you can layer it for cold Vail storm days or keep it light when spring rolls around. The drop seat is also one of those features every women's bib should have.
