Buzz’s Boards, Vail’s original ski and snowboard shop, is looking for passionate and hardworking team members to join us for the upcoming season (and year-round opportunities). Whether you’re on the retail floor, helping customers with rentals, or in the back shop tuning skis and boards, you’ll be part of a fun, energetic crew that lives and breathes mountain life.
We’re hiring for multiple positions, including:
- Rental Techs – Help guests get fitted with the right skis and snowboards
- Sales Associates – Share your gear knowledge and help customers find what they need
- Ski & Snowboard Tuners – Keep equipment in top shape with waxing, edging, and repairs
- All-Around Shop Crew – Flexible roles for people who want to do a bit of everything
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personalities with great customer service skills
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture
- Reliable team players who can handle a fast-paced shop environment
- Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right people
