Do I need a reservation?
Do I need a reservation?
No reservations are needed at Buzz's! We have an extremely large fleet of equipment; we never run out! If you are looking to Demo a particular ski or board, you are welcome to contact us a day or two ahead of your arrival to let our technicians know. Otherwise, we ask you please come to the shop the day before you plan to ski or snowboard to get fitted.
How long does the fitting process take?
How long does the fitting process take?
The average outfitting time is roughly 15-20 minutes. Times may vary depending on group size, equipment preference, or general business of the store. However, we are very efficient at what we do and are determined to make your experience as quick and simple as possible! Even at the busiest of times, we can get everyone taken care of quite swiftly.
Equipment & Personal Item Storage
Where do I keep my equipment?
Where do I keep my equipment?
Your ski or snowboard equipment can be stored for free at Buzz's Boards-this is included in your package. The gear will be inspected for tuning, and the boots will go on dryers to be ready for the next day. If you would like to take the gear with you to your hotel, or even to another resort, that is perfectly ok with us as well.
Where can I put my shoes?
Where can I put my shoes?
You are more than welcome to store your shoes and small personal items at Buzz's while you enjoy your day on the mountain if you are a rental or demo customer. Please keep in mind that we do not allow bag or large item storage, as we have limited space for such items. There are also lockers available for rent at the base of Gondola One should you need more space.
